Discover this trick with vinegar for crispy fries
First, peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks about 1 cm thick. If you want, you can leave the skin on, but be sure to wash it well.
Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl and cover with water.
Add two tablespoons of white vinegar. This step is crucial to getting it crispy.Let the potatoes rest in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, but an hour is ideal.
After resting, remove the potatoes from the water and dry them well. You can use a kitchen towel or paper napkins for this.
Heat sunflower oil in a suitable pot or frying pan.
