Chicken Herb Pepper Casserole

I swear if I make this dish the whole family will go crazy


4 boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
1 red pepper, thinly sliced ​​
1 yellow pepper, in thinly sliced ​​sliced ​​ 1 green pepper, thinly sliced ​​
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, if desired
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for a light garnish


Start by preheating your oven to 180°C.
Take a large bowl and mix together the chicken breast, garlic, paprika, oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper, and olive oil. Stir until chicken is evenly seasoned.
Add the colorful pepper slices to the chicken mixture and stir well.


Transfer this mixture to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, ensuring even distribution.Sprinkle the surface generously with Cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese has reached a golden, melted state.

Once ready, remove from the oven and garnish with a pinch of fresh parsley.
Serve quickly and let the rich cheese flavors melt in your mouth.
