Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skillet
Tender, golden-browned chicken cooked in a rich and creamy garlic Parmesan sauce makes this an easy comfort-food dinner. It’s flavorful, satisfying, and perfect for serving straight from the skillet.
Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and garlic to the same skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well, then add the Parmesan cheese. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over each piece. Simmer for another 3–5 minutes so the chicken absorbs the flavors.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a little extra Parmesan before serving.
