2-3 pounds roasted pork loin

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


½ cup brown sugar

¾ cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup honey

¼ cup soy sauce 9 87

3 cloves garlic, minced


2 cups chopped fresh pineapple

Optional: 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


Brown the seared pork loin in olive oil in a skillet.
